An apple a day … Bank Windhoek yesterday launched its 2015 Apple Project to raise funds for the Cancer Association of Namibia (CAN). Over the last 15 years more than N$11.8 million was raised and the event is widely considered as the biggest national fundraising effort. This year’s theme “Eat Healthy, Live Healthy, Prevent Cancer.” Apples will be sold at all Bank Windhoek branches through a system whereby the apples ordered will be distributed to the buyers from July 20 to 31.
