Business is booming for Orujaveze Solar CC, as it processes an array of orders running into millions from customers wanting solar units for homes and community projects in Namibia, Angola and Nigeria, says its owner, Rolf Seiferth.
This medium-scale business outfit sells solar streetlights, geysers and panels for the generation of electricity from sunlight abundant in Africa for most of the year.
This firm aims to contribute to the improvement of quality of life among rural communities and to ensure the previously disadvantaged have access to solar power.
Seiferth says his company specialises in the installation of 3-kilowatt hybrid solar units and panels fitted with multi-charger batteries whose prices range from N$4?
