WINDHOEK – American Grammy Award-winning rapper Eve is expected in Windhoek today, MyLaw Entertainment confirmed to New Era yesterday.

The rapper, whose full name is Eve Jihan Jeffers, is also a songwriter, record producer and actress and is known for the song “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” for which she won a Grammy Award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration in 2002.
Eve has also filled best acting roles as Terri Jones in the films Barbershop and Barbershop 2: Back in Business, and as Shelley Williams in the UPN television sitcom Eve.

MyLaw Entertainment said that everything has been confirmed and the rapper will be boarding a plane today from London en-route to Namibia and is expected to have a press conference at Wernhil Park today at 14h00.

Eve is expected to perform at the Doc Jubber hockey field stadium, next to the rugby field in Windhoek and according to the concert organisers, the hype and excitement is huge among Namibians about her coming.
Eve was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States.
