WINDHOEK - The Huisgenoot’s “Hart van Windhoek” music festival takes place on September 7 and 8.
Organisers say this year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever before, and event-goers are in for a treat.
More than 30 top musicians will perform during the two-day festival.

There would also be loads of exciting activities and stalls to cater for the needs of families and partygoers. In addition, this year’s ticket prices are a little cheaper compared to last year’s prices.

The artists line up include Theuns Jordaan, Juanita du Plessis, Riana Nel, Karen Zoid, Elvis Blue, Emo Adams, Kurt Darren, the Radio Kalahari Orchestra, Famaz Attak, Nadine Baas, Sunnyside Up and George Longane.
The stalls would include a craft market with original and unique handmade products that various artists have crafted specially for the event.

Shoppers can expect anything from décor items, furniture, sculpture, paintings, clothing and jewellery to toys and homemade treats.
Tickets for the festival are available at Computicket or branches of Shoprite and Checkers.
Golden circle tickets will give event goers the chance to see their favourite artists up close.

Tickets sell for between N$80 and N$140. In addition to Golden Circle tickets, reserved seating tickets are also available.
