WINDHOEK – First National Bank (FNB) Namibia has established a fully-fledged branch in Klein Windhoek, which will open its doors next week Monday.
For years the bank has been servicing clients in that suburb from a mini-branch. The new branch will offer full banking facilities inclusive of account openings, loan applications and basic foreign exchange service.
“We are extremely excited about this new branch. Our customer base has grown to such an extent in this densely populated suburban area and we are confident that the opening of the branch will support the individual and business customer base in and around this area,” said Pro Rijatua, manager of the bank’s Ausspannplatz branch.
To allow for a smooth transition, FNB will close the mini-branch at Hidas Centre over the weekend starting on Friday, only to open the new branch on Monday.
The new branch will operate during normal banking hours with all other FNB branches countrywide.
The ATM at the Hidas Centre will remain and an additional ATM will be installed at the new branch for easy and safe self-service.
